I have had this unit for a year and now have other accommodations so I need to sell it. There are no known issues or problems. All appliances and systems work. It has two a/c's and had a new roof installed prior to my buying it. I have spent maybe 10 night in it and never cooked in it. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, and a washer / dryer combo unit installed in a closet. The second bedroom has bunks and was never used during my ownership.
This is a 40' unit with 4 slide outs and an outside awning.
While this is a fifth wheel, I pull it with my F250 gooseneck as I have an adapter that goes with the purchase if needed.
