Great condition Grand Design Solitude. Only used for a short time and has lived up north in the summers and Florida in the winters.

What sets this Grand Design apart from the others listed? The front living sofas and recliners have all been reupholstered with over $5,000 worth of top grade materials. NO peeling in this 5th wheel, we took care of that issue for you.

The carpet is still in great condition, no rips tears or stains on the shades. The bedroom was upgraded with a king size bed and a new TV. There is also a washer/dryer hookup in the closet. This layout can accommodate a large number of people - king bed in the bedroom and two pull-out queen beds up front.

The stove, oven and full size refrigerator are spotless. All electronics, A/C units, slides, etc are in perfect working order. One touch automatic self-leveling jacks.

The awning is the only item that could use repair or replacement - it is showing some signs of wear with a few small tears. The exterior is in great condition but the decals do show some minor fading.

This 5th wheel has been professionally washed, waxed and sealed once a year. The roof has been maintained properly. When not in use we have pest control pro-actively service it once a month.

This camper has been loved and well cared for over the years without overuse. We used it for 2-3 months out of the year when traveling. It is a beautiful camper that always gets compliments at the camp ground. We are selling now that our kids are older and we are not traveling as much. This 5th wheel is too nice to sit around. It is ready for a new family to enjoy.
