Beautiful oak cabinets, new AC, TV, toilet, slide out motor, Serta pillow top queen mattress, queen air mattress on pull out, 2 fairly new rocker/recliners. This trailer has had a LOT of tender loving care. The couch is still beautifully white and the floors are in great shape
