This unit has been stored in a completely enclosed, professionally maintained storage building. This means it has spent 95% of its life indoors, not taking on sun damage and not being exposed to other harmful elements. There's a huge difference between a unit that's been stored indoors and one that's continuously sitting in the sun and constantly exposed to the elements. The seals don't crack and dry out. The exterior doesn’t fade, etc.

This unit also has hydraulic leveling jacks that automatically level your unit at the touch of a button. This is a great feature. No more having to deal with the nightmare of driving up on blocks located on one side of the vehicle, only to discover you still aren't level and need to drive off the blocks and once again readjust the heights. You simply park, push one button, and wait for your unit to perfectly level itself. It should also be mentioned this makes your unit incredibly stable.
