This is one awesome trailer! From the new queen size casper mattress to the low hour generator to the 30 gallon gas tank. You can't be this thing! It can haul 3000 pounds in the garage. 1 queen size bed that comes down from the ceiling (motorized) and the chairs in the garage also turn into another queen bed. Both can me put away and lifted to the ceiling to make room for the toys!!! Check out the specs I have attached! I have had this 5th wheel inspected and everything works perfectly. The roof is in wonderful co.dition as well. We added a motorized awning on the back for the patio. It's such a nice place to relax!! This things is ready to go. Non smoker, non lived in.
