Excellent used condition -
Forest River Rockwood campers are high end, lightweight, fiberglass campers built with higher quality materials. Power electric awning with LED light strip.  Power hitch jack and jack stabilizers added as upgrades.
Only used a few weekends each year. 
Everything works as they should. 
Lightweight 3800lbs, can easily be towed. I used a mid sized SUV.
Great for family trips.
Murphy bed with heated mattress. Allows for a couch during the day and a real bed at night. 

Battery replaced last year.
Refrigerator and water heater run on either gas or electric.  
Winterized and roof checked and caulked as needed every year.
