2014 Open Range Light 308BHS. Camper is fantastic for a family. We have owned it for 5 years. Let's talk the good: Camper is approx. 36ft long and is 4-seasons rated. Sleeps up to 8 (Front bedroom-2, bunk house-4, & sofa folds out w/auto air mattress-2). Spacious interior (3 slides). Large outdoor kitchen. 2 ACs and 2 heaters (propane furnace and electric "fireplace"). Roof is in good shape (no leaks). Lots of storage. Fresh water tank is 50 gal, black tank is 30 gal (has water hose flush out feature), 2 grey tanks- 50 gal each. 2-30 gal propane tanks. Has bar setup to hold a bike rack above the propane tanks. Used a complete cover while in storage and is now currently in a covered storage unit. Does include spare tire. Non-smoking.

Time for transparency: 1ft of skirting is damaged due to tire blowout. Small bend on skirting at the end of a slide. Small damage on back corner (see pics). 1 wheel does not match the others. The 2 propane outlets (for outdoor kitchen stove and to plub a grill into) do not work but the propane portion on the main fridge and heater work fine. Price has been adjusted due to these areas. Price does include weight distribution/anti-sway hitch and some accessories. Dry weight is 8,510lbs.
