This unit is like new 30/50 amp with 2 AC units. Has electric awning, stabilizers and tongue jack. Industrial DTM coating was applied to all metal so rust will never be an issue. Has a big outdoor kitchen with grill that has never been used. Upgraded toilet was installed when purchased along with smart tv's and outdoor speakers. This unit is absolutely pristine with no issues.
