Hi all we are selling our 2018 Open Range 3X427BHS 5th wheel. We are located outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are it's only owners. Here are some details.

* outdoor kitchen removed, new floor board installed and it makes the bunkhouse so much more spacious.
* custom loft bunk on slideouts with a custom cut mattress that has 45 degrees edges . twin sheets fit great and it's extremely comfy.
*tons of storage in bunk with shelves added into closet*other bunkhouse slide out completely open for design of choice (we just removed the crib and stacker that we had in that slide out but the possibilities are endless)
* actual medicine cabinet with shelves and 3 storage spots and a new bigger faucet added in bunkhouse bathroom.
* king size bed in master bedroom
* removed the shallow useless "drawers in bottom of closet and the faux floor and opened up the closet and there is SO much space and storage possibilities.
* comes with stackable, installed washer and dryer (yes both work great)
* bathroom has tons of storage and 2 custom built shelves. One above the (brand new and bigger) faucet for electric toothbrushes to be plugged in and stored and another huge one with 4 hooks to hang bath towels on and a large top to store more stuff(great for decorative and useful baskets/totes)
* in the "front closet" we built an insert that provided shelves for purses and the bottom acts like a net to store hats gloves etc
