Bought used a few years ago and new tires were put on as part of the deal. Just put in new chasis and house batteries beginning of this season. We have used and loved this RV, but moving to a bigger unit. Everything works well. We just had it out last weekend. It could use some TLC on a few things, but it is 100% ready to go. The pictures show from a trip we took (looking down on RV from a tower), the units current covered storage location, a pic inside looking toward back of RV and the worst of the items needing TLC in my opinion (we got a little too close to a pole on the passenger rear side).
