Description

*Identical model (with original interior design) just listed in Florida for $95,000*

Hi all! This is the rare 36' version of the Winnebago Vectra, a top-of-the-line RV ($255,000 MSRP) manufactured 16 years ago but still living life to its fullest. If you're less familiar, check out its brochure, here: https://library.rvusa.com/brochure/05Vectrabro.pdf. In summary, where this coach shines is in its diesel pusher & air-ride suspension, making it one of the smoothest, quietest rides on the market.

But now onto our coach. Winnie has been a part of our family for the past year as we've had the oppoortunity to work remotely. Time to head back into the office, so she needs a new family that won't lock her away in storage for too long. We spent 5 months on the coach this past year, camping at RV parks, dispersed BLM land, highway rest stops, and even Walmarts. As any RV owner knows, RVs are meant to be used, but take work to maintain when you do. We've been diligent on all mechancial components on our coach, with key repairs / updates / service listed below:

+ All 4 tires were replaced by previous owners between the 39th and 41st week of 2019 (DOT codes 3919 - 4119)
+ 3 new lead acid batteries (07/21)
+ new hydrolic motor (02/21)
+ new leveling jack springs (January to July, 2021)
+ new entry auto steps (03/21)
+ new water pump (01/21)
+ freshly painted cabinetry and hardware, new window shades, backsplash in bathroom & kitchen, new light fixtures
+ regular LOF (last one in 07/21)

Remaining repair:
1. kitchen window seal

Now onto cosmetics. We love our remodeled interior, but this is still a 16 year old coach. So let's talk about a few items that you should know:

- original carpet & countertops, but in really nice condition
- 2 exterior items to address (replacement or even fixes are not needed as they are cosmetic, but I am happy to reimburse the full replacement value of these items and you can either fix or keep the money)
1. panel above back driversside wheel
2. rear passenger side compartment (dent)

So, now that we've laid it out there. NadaGuides lists the average base model at $82,750, low end model $65,000. Get in touch with any questions! *All offers are good offers*
