Only 29k+ miles, runs and drives smooth. As mentioned the inside needs cosmetic work, road ready as is. Selling to fund our business. We drive it and use it as is.

Everything inside runs as it should, AC blows cold, Gas Stove/Oven, Fridge, heater all fully operational.

Tire ages unknown, minus rear driver inside tire which was replaced 8 months ago.

Defects:

- Door awning needs repaired/possibly replaced, see walk-through video
- Previous Leak in Passenger side, has been sealed but left a soft spot in front of passenger seat. Does not affect usability of RV.
- Leak in driver side rear was sealed and no soft spot but visible discoloration
- Roof could use a new seal all around
- Cabinet doors need to be replaced due to age, some are missing.
- Needs new faucet for kitchen area sink.
- Sway Bar Bushings need replaced
- Generator Muffler needs a new bracket
