Description

Extremely well taken care of 2020 Thor Chateau 22E (Chevy) for sale.

This is the second RV my wife and I have owned. We ended up trading in our first class B van for it last year down in Florida at LazyDays. It was brand new with only 50 miles on it at the time. Since then we've toured the country, gone on several weekend trips, boon-docked, stayed at campgrounds, etc. You name it we've done it, and this RV has handled everything from steep inclines to towing a boat.

We made sure to take very good care of every piece of this RV, with service records to prove it. After every trip we would clean the RV out completely, sweep, wipe, etc. All appliances, mechanical, plumbing, engine are in perfect working shape. We will still continually go on road trips until the vehicle is purchased as we're looking to upgrade. Which is the only reason we're selling because this RV is by far one of the nicest I've driven. The Chevy engine handled everything, including the steep Rocky Mountains. It never over heated, or had any issues driving over 12,000 miles around the country. There is only one noticeable dent on the hood when a rock flew up and hit it on the highway, otherwise there's not a scratch on it.

This is the perfect RV for a family or even just a couple looking to get into an easy to drive vehicle. If you'd like to see more photos of the RV and where we went in it, you can follow our instagram @bubbles_the_rv . Where we documented our travels after we purchased it.

This RV is currently retailing for an average price of $71,400 (see NADA). So with the higher mileage due to our cross country trip, we've lowered the price on it a bit to $68,500. The tires still have a long life on them, the generator has been routinely serviced and oiled three times (currently has ~230 hours) and the odometer reads ~15,700 miles. This motorhome has been used with care, as if it were lived in like a home (because it was for a 3 month road trip).

You can find the specs here: https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2020-thor-motor-coach-chateau-class-c-floorplan-22e-tr42716. Everything is standard except for the engine, which is Chevy instead of Ford. I'll even be throwing in some of the extras that I purchased, such as hoses, hooks, towel racks, etc. that were add-ons after market which add up to around a couple hundred to a thousand dollars.
