Beautiful roomy pop-up! Gently used and kept clean. Have used a total of 4 times over the last 4 years. No smokers or animals have been inside. Slight damage to awning Some normal wear by outside elements. Its fully equipped. Sleeps 7. King bed, queen bed, small pull down couch, and dinette that turns into a full size bed. Toilet and shower inside. Has a full kitchenette as well. All equipment works. Furnace & AC work great. Upgraded AC 15,000 BTU
