Hello! Forgive me, but I prefer just to say what is good and bad about the RV instead of play the ‘find flaws’ and try to get the price lowered game.

The Flaws: Missing 1 hub cap, dent in the top of the ladder (still claimable), The inside water tank gages have only been showing 1 light lately but I have not had a chance to have it looked at and as of last week the awning would not extend. No strange noise it just stopped (loose wire?) The hot water tank often need lit from the outside aft storage/moving. Also it does need front seat covers. The fabric is not worn through or anything, however they do have stains from coffee, oils… I am messy. The covers I had are custom print with images of one of my late mothers paintings so I am taking them with me.

These are just things you should know. Perhaps, unlike me, you have the skill set to deal with them yourself. I have seen this same year model of Freedom Elite with higher mileage advertised for $55,000 or more. Please do not contact me asking for a big price discount for an ‘As Is’ purchase. I have more than allowed for the issues in the price, none of which effect drivability or livability. It may take a day at the shop and $1000.00 or less to fix it all. (Perfect RVs are new RVs, and cost much, much more)


The Good: Front tires are aprox 7-8 months old. All 4 back tires are 3 mo old (brakes were checked at this time and were good) 1 house battery is from Jan 2020, the other is 3.5 mo ago The roof was resealed Jan 2020 even though the roof was already in good shape. No leaks. I have had an extension added that lets you change out for a portable propane tank if you run out of the house propane, making it easier to stay out in nature longer if you boondock. I have also added a large bumper rack with high sides - 250 lb weight capacity. There is a TV in the upper bunk area plus a DVD player. Rig also comes with things like wheel covers, a 50 amp to 30 amp step down for RV parks A special surge protector for questionable hookup sites
Of course, the rig has Cummings Generator, AC, furnace, microwave… that al work fine.

I have never had a single mechanical issue & am happy to take it to a mechanic in this area to have an inspection (paid for by interested buyer) for your peace of mind.

INo looky-loos, time wasters or those who do not have their financing in order please. there are no holds!
