Description

Recent Oil and lube at Gator Ford- inspection showed all in "great shape" (see reci]eipt and checklist) Everything works, we're non-smokers. Near new tires plus spare & alignment, transmission fluid only 4 months/ 3k miles ago ($2600) -FLEX ARMOR roof coating -never needs attention w lifetime guarantee of no leaks (cost us $3,600) RIGHT THERE IS $6200 worth of value. New awing last year. Oil, coolant service, and generator service all done at Gator Ford in Tampa. E-350 chassis w V10 6.8L motor. No mechanical or appliance problems since we bought it in 2016. Pulls our Chevy HHR like a champ. Dinette, queen bed (newer mattress), LPG oven and burners (Hadn't used the oven til last month -works perfectly. Used the burners perhaps a dozen times or so), electric/LPG fridge and water heater (works fast), microwave, new chassis and main batteries in the last yr. New wipers. Generator excercised every other week for an hour at half load. The rear view/side/blind spot cameras have a dedicated viewing screen in place of rear view mirror. Outside rear view mirrors are powered and heated. TV mounted in bunk area swivels out for viewing. Magna 7" touch screen unit in cab with radio, cd, dvd for the tv, bluetooth, aux, A/V settings. Audio can distributed to speakers throughout the RV. Outside shower, outside radio/cd player with speakers. We're not big travellers and put only 13,000 miles on in five years- with three trips to PA/Ohio and back accounting for about 9000 of the miles. Tank indicators are accurate. Fresh water system sanitized once or twice per year. We don't cut corners when it comes to maintenence and repairs. An extremely reliable and problem-free motorhome (a thrill when I read the problems many have had with their RV's). We had the coating put on the outside when we bought it to reduce any fading, etc. Has the extra hose intake for black tank flush. Has lots of external storage, including pass through in the back for long items such as umbrellas or, in our case, a Clam Venture screen tent. Sewer hose stores in the bumper. Small issues include- Top bunk foam mattress has no cover- we just put a blanket on it and use that area for storage, - some cat scratches at top of vinyl wall behind driver & the top bunk head rest (see pics). Rubber entry step cover torn at edge overhang. Selling in order to get something bigger- getting older & want to get on the road more, so we are "open to trade" for larger Sunseeker, Entegra, Redhawk or similar.
