The good:
• We love this interior. It is by far the most roomy and useable layout available until you get to a unit over 30'. The upgraded "bamboo" interior package is highly sought after and very stylish
• Really clean inside. Cream carpet is still fresh, no food spills, not grubby. Has never been rented out or abused.
• 8 feet of counter space! You don't see that much counter space in 40' rigs.
• The settee is really comfortable. We have installed all sorts of charging outlets at the settee so that you don't have laptop cables running up to the dash just to get 12v power. The cushions are really comfortable and luxurious. It is a place you can easily work an 8 hour day
• LOTS of storage space. We use this for 2 people. The cab-over area becomes storage.
• Will pass CA emission just fine.

The not so Good
• After 13 years the vinyl graphics are starting to fade a little. You can only tell when you get close. They are faded more on one side that on the other
• The cab upholstery is starting to delaminate. Not all of it, but certainly the bottom cushions and arm rests. This is why we have installed brand new genuine lambskin seat covers. Luxurious!!
