The RV is in good working order. It has a convenient split bathroom, a flat screen TV on an adjustable mount with Blu-Ray player and sound bar, a table with chairs and a bench that seats 5 or 6, and tons of built in storage in every area. The fridge is very cold, the freezer keeps things solidly frozen, the microwave works as it should, and the manual awning works smoothly. Heat and AC work well. Stovetop works, but we have not had success with the oven. We have the original pull out couch/bed and 2 rocker lounge chairs, but we put in bunk beds to fit our 3 small kids and give them space of their own (sleeps 4 in original configuration, or 6 with the bunk beds). You can have whatever furniture you want of what we have. The bunks stay intact when the slides are in. We’ve added new stabilizer jacks in the rear, and LED strip/mood lighting in the master bedroom and under the bunk beds. The floorplan is great: you can get anywhere inside when the slides are in, so you can access the bathroom or front bedroom closets and storage at rest stops, if needed. Our favorite surprise feature is the laundry chute under the bathroom sink: put a basket in the under floor storage passthrough and just drop your wet or dirty clothes in directly from the bathroom. The roof is a walk-on. We've stored it outside this past winter and summer through rain and snow, checking regularly for leaks or damage; haven't seen a drop. Everything except the oven works as it should, the RV is clean, and this should be an easy sale that will make the buyer happy.

We bought this last year, and have really enjoyed visiting state parks and even just watching movies and camping out in our own yard. The kids think it is great fun to play board games in the RV and have pizza delivered. However, we are selling because we have really busy work schedules and are in the process of moving into a fixer home, so we don’t foresee being able to use the RV as we would like for a few years.
