New Carbon 348 with loads of extras. Great Floorplan! 2 A/Cs
This is a brand new 348 that I ordered last year and took delivery in Feb this year. I have it stored. It has never been used. I have been waiting for my Ford F350 for 8 months. I have decided to sell the RV and wait until things settle down. This unit has all the options: 2 A/Cs, dual-paned windows, rear-ramp patio with electric awning and side-entry steps, three seasons patio door, patio package w/ power awninge, 5000w Onan generator. It also has Canadian compliance.

The standard features in the '21 348 are amazing and I have included the spec sheet in the pictures above. I loved this floorplan because of the 13' garage with washer-dryer hook-ups and the island kitchen. The amount of storage inside is amazing. This is a 50AMP unit but included are 2 Soft-Start units that allow one A/C to run on 20AMPs and two A/Cs to run on a 30AMP hookup. Very very useful. This is a $500 value.

Also included with the purchase are things I bought separately: In addition to the SoftStarts, included are: power adapter and heavy duty extension cord, a high-end Progressive EMS surge protector (portable), a water pressure gauge, a fresh water hose, a sewer hose with attachments (new), a fifth-wheel hitch lock, extra fuses, leveling blocks (just in case - the auto leveling jacks are super however), and to top it all off a brand new portable dishwasher.

What this unit does NOT have are the fold-down couches in the garage. It does have the drop down queen bed and a loft above the kitchen
