Bought brand new and I've had it for a little over a year. Lightweight, I've easily pulled it with my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. It can sleep 4 people, but we use the bottom bunk for storage. The dinette converts to a full sized bed and we've placed a mattress there because we eat outside when we camp anyway. There is a small area that is scruffed from where I grazed a pole at a gas station. The sink faucet and shower head have been upgraded from factory. I placed a peel and stick backsplash that can easily be removed if you wish to do so and the fridge has been painted a bright happy teal color.
