This is a barely used RV that has not traveled the roadways much. I purchased it from the original owner at 1-1/2 years old, and have owned it for a year. It has served as a bedroom in one location it's entire life. The orginal owner stayed in it about 5 times, and I have stayed in it about 20 nights alone. Very little use, and it shows as nearly new. The tires are like brand new, and all systems work perfectly. It is wired for solar charging. It has 2 televistions, a stereo sound system in and out, a bar-b-que pit that plugs into the RV gas line in the rear that has never been used. It is in like new condition. This one won't last long with the condition and little use it has seen. I did replace the fold out love seat with a top notch fold out chair with a 3" mattress topper that sleeps very well. It can be seen on request. It has a iphone app based leveling device for easy leveling, an air purifier, and an oil based electric heater for winter nights. All systems operate as new.
