We are the second owners of this RV. We bought it last October and traveled to California and lived in the RV for 5 months. 
This is the perfect RV for visiting the national parks. Needs some replacement lights and drawer latches and a good wash and wax, but the vehicle is ready for the road.  Generator is hardly used and newer coach batteries. It has the winter package and sofa with removable table instead of dinette.  The tires will eventually need to be replaced due to age but still look good.
