The solid surface coutertops are enhanced by the upgraded backspalsh. Just past the kitchen is a stacked Washer/Dryer unit (that has been used very little), across the hall from the half bath. To the rear is the master bedroom with a king bed. Beyond that is the rear full bath with shower , dual sinks, and large closet. There is a pull out queen bed in the living space. This unit has four TV's, three inside, and one out. The main powered awning is equipped with LED lighting in additon to LED Door and Porch Lights, and a Power Door Step. In the fall of 2020, all new Michelin Tires and new housing batteries were replaced. This unit has always been kept inside a heated building when not in use, and has always had regular maintenance.
