I purchased this camper new and when not being used camping, its been stored in my enclosed garage. I replaced the factory mattress and added the StableCamper rods for added stability when the camper is grounded. These were the only modifications after I purchased the camper. I have attached the factory build sheet in the photos. We camped mainly in the spring and fall. The generator only has 16 hours on it, mainly from doing maintenance checks. Everything on the camper works as it should. This camper has never been smoked in or had any pets in it. The oven has never been used. This camper is cleaner than what you'll find at the dealership. I used this camper with my 2011 Ford F450, which is for sale also. Torklift frame mounted tie downs and fastguns are available if needed.
