Very clean, well-maintained unit.

One owner. Low miles on the rig, low hours on the generator and all in great condition. Power leveling jacks that can operate via Bluetooth to your phone are a great benefit, and both ACs can be run simultaneously despite the 30A on this unit. Dual house batteries and onboard 56lb LP tank. 3 TVs, 12cf refrigerator/freezer that is propane/electric and the RV is prewired for solar. 2 large slide outs with toppers expand the living space to a very comfortable size. The spaces under the rig are large and there are two pass through bays.

We lived in this RV for the better part of a year, towing our car so we know the rig inside and out. We are the first owners; the dealer had used it for a demo for a local radio station, so the rig had 750 miles on it when we took delivery. The large windshield that Jayco is known for is a great way to see the scenery and the 32' length is a perfect size for National Parks, etc. while still feeling spacious. There is a new mattress for the queen walk-around bed in the master, as RV mattresses are low quality. We regularly condition the rubber seals on the slides and windows, regularly clean the exterior and use a TPMS (sold separately) to be sure that the tires are in perfect condition on the road. Whether we were at 0' elevation or 8,000 ft, the unit performed well from both a mechanical and interior amenity standpoint. The unit is equipped with a black tank flush that we used regularly to ensure longevity in that area, and we also use a water softener (sold separately) to help with the spotting and wear and tear on the plumbing and fixtures. We always use a pressure fitting at campgrounds to ensure that our pressure was always at 45 psi to avoid strain on the plumbing and a surge protector (sold separately) to avoid electrical issues. The kitchen oven was never used, as we preferred to grill. (sold separately)
