This RV was bought brand new in 2018, and has been well maintained with regular maintenance checks. No pets, and no smoking. It has comfortably fit our family of 5. All appliances are in good and working condition. The slide out is in the back bedroom, which includes a fold-over queen matress. The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and shower. There is storage space above the bed, as well as a large "closet" area with a rod to hang clothes. There is ample storage space in the kitchen area, as well as overhead in the area with the table and sleeper sofa. The bunk over cab can comfortably sleep 2, and comes with a ladder to get up to the area, and a safety net that buckles. The RV is a Chevrolet and runs on gasoline. The refrigerator is electric but can run off propane. Oven and stove are both gas. There are two electric awnings but no leveling jacks.
