Overall, this 5th wheel is in great shape. It has a gated party patio on the side as well as on the back. Has three power awnings. 3 large slides. Bluetooth speakers throughout trailer, including outside. Has 1 full bath with the larger shower, and 1 half bath off the toy-hauler. Great for guests if using back as a bedroom. The toy-hauler has 2 electric queen sized bunk beds, or lower bed can be folded into bench seats with cup-holders. It also has washer/dryer hook ups. Kitchen has large refrigerator, modern, stainless steel appliances and double kitchen sink. Plenty of storage. Twin sized bed off kitchen. The living area couches have heated and massage seats. Master bedroom currently has a queen mattress but is a king suite so can hold a larger mattress. It has 4 TVs total that come with it. It has the auto level system which is super nice, just click one button and walk away. The Cummins generator has never been used, the 60gallon fuel tank has never had any fuel in it. It will have all the sewer lines and water hoses you need. Including a heated hose. There are a few minor cosmetic issues (See Photos). We do have it priced way below NADA value because of the few minor flaws and would like to sell quickly because we're getting a house and will no longer use it. Included is a 20k curt sliding fifth wheel hitch (Worth $600). The back right tail light does have power to it, but the blinker and break light doesn't work (Believe it's a blown fuse).
