Description

Super Clean RV w/every feature imaginable and multiple aftermarket upgrades. When comparing to other units, please make sure you are looking at the same model number, 298RE. Other Outback Super Light models do not have the features this unit has. Everything works perfectly (small trim damage pictured). We are the second owners and have only had it about a year. Only reason we are selling is we have other toys and just don't have enough time for all of them. Previous owner was VERY maticulous and kept the rv covered and made several improvements to the sound system, added a Correct Track suspension alignment system ($2k upgrade that keeps your stuff from flying all over the place during transport), an IN*COMMAND digital rv control system from ASA Electronics ($2k upgrade that allows you to control everything from your phone), and an automatic battery management system. He also went through and sealed every joint, gap, outlet, etc on the outside and inside of the camper just for extra moisture protection. This unit is heavily insulated even underneath and heats/cools very easily. In fact, it has an electronic fireplace that most of the time will heat the living area without use of the main heating system. Unit comes with a sizeable flat screen in the main area that electronically raises and lowers out of the fireplace (really cool to see and handy to use), and a small flat screen on a swivel mount in the main bedroom area. The bedroom is separated for privacy and has room for either 2 twins or a king mattress. Has 2 new memory foam twin beds. Has a full bathroom with nice shower. JBL sound system runs throughout the rv, inside and outside. Original owner purchased $1500 audio remote control unit that allows sound from different sources to be sent to various areas inside and out. One of the things that sold me on this is the quality of the interior. The cabinets are house quality, the furniture is faux leather and reclines, and the floors are high quality. The two main slide outs are in the living area and provide all the room one could hope for. There is also a wardrobe slide out in the main bedroom that allows for hanging plenty of clothes. $400 weight-distribution hitch, 2 wheel chocks, leveling pads that help get your electronic jack system level, jack pads, practically new sewer drain lines and connectors. Electric awning & outside sink. Specs: https://www.rvusa.com/rv-guide/2016-keystone-outback-travel-trailer-floorplan-298re-tr24937
