Purchased new by my wife and I in April of 2016. Selling beause of our age. Unit has 37908 miles and 69 hours on generator. Everything works and is in excellent condition. Included are several extras including a 50 amp extension cord, two 30 amp extension cords, sun wheel covers, air supply attachments, a 7ft. ladder, and others. We have written a manual regarding the operation of this motorhome. Unit was always serviced at the Freightliner Factory Service Center in Gafney, SC where it was made. Service records are available. If you go on the internet and put in 2016 Winnebago Forza 38R you can easily get all the specifications for this unit. It has two dinettes and one makes into bunk beds. The unit sleeps 8. We averaged 10 mpg during our time of ownership and always pulled a GMC Terrain. We installed a new bracket on the front TV so you can pull it out and easily watch from the front or rear dinette. Unit was detailed and waxed in March of this year. In 2016 the RV industry used some inferior seat coverings. The coverings in this unit wore badly quickly and in 2020 Winnebago sent us new coverings for all the seats and dinettes. We had a local auto upholstery company install the new coverings on the drivers and passenger seats and the front dinette. The rest of the new coverings are included with the sale of this unit. The last picture shows the interior with the two slides in and ready to travel. Notice you have access to the dinette, couch, refrigerator, stove, sink and middle bathroom. This is a big advantage when traveling. Our GMC Terrain has been sold.
