RV is in Coastal GA RV Resort, Exit 29, I-95, Brunswick, GA. New Directv Satellite dish on roof.
Bath and Half Bath, King Size Bed, All Electric coach, Aqua Hot endless hot water and heat. No
need to carry propane. Induction cooktop and Whirlpool freezer on the bottom fridge.

450 Cummins engine and 8kw Onan Generator, 100 w rooftop solar panel to keep batteries charged.

Superslide runs full length of coach, living and bedroom slides. When retracted for travel, you can
access the entire coach: fridge, baths, etc. for moving around on long drives.

6 new rear Michelin tires 4/2020.

2 new front Michelin steer tires 6/2018.

2 new chassis batteries 9/2019 and
6 new AGM house batteries10/2020

We are selling after 8 yrs full time (6 yrs in the Tour) and eye issues. Time for us
to be near drs.

This RV has been well maintained with annual Freightliner service and full records.
All service and repairs have been done in pro RV shops/dealers including 3 successful
visits to the Winnebago factory in Forest City, Iowa. Most of our traveling was in
the western states: Lazy Days Tucson in winters and cruising Pacific Northwest to Colorado
in summer. Annual treks back to the east coast to visit family and friends. It was everything we
hoped and dreamed it would be. Seeing our varied country, confidence in being in the best rig
on the road (we NEVER had a breakdown!), and the homey comfort and security it provided:
priceless. Our wish is to turn it over to a family that will enjoy it as much as we did.

Coach is now emptied out, cleaned and ready to show/drive. It is an ideal rig for full time
living. The storage is amazing. The bath and half bath are in superior condition. Washer and
dryer, dishwasher, new pro sink & faucet, built in vacuum cleaner, amazing pantry and cooking
storage.too many wonderful interior features to list.
One of my faves is the king bed w/dual comfort controls and raises up for reading/tv plus
makes the bedroom huge when retracted. Same for the livingroom sofa: two controls
lower the seat backs for tv watching, or flat out to make a comfy single bed.
The ride: so smooth and pulls our Jeep Sahara up steep and winding 2 lanes effortlessly.

We have all dealer/freightliner service receipts and records to show our great maintenance.
