Partially rennovated, my plans have changed, and I have lost my motivaton. Roof has two coats of sealent in last 6 months. No leaks. Solid foundation and structure. New heavy duty stairs instead of those cheap pull out ones. All appliances work. Two AC units. Needs new floor covering (floor is sound no damage) and your finsihing touches for kitchen and bath. I have all the hardware and countertops are ceramic tile. Vessel sink in bath. Cabinets have been painted white with grey from the drabby RV brown. New updated modern light fixtures and speakers. Surround sound capability. One TV in main area. Ceiling fan in main area. No furniture included. Queen mattress. Tires have about 15,000 miles on them, but RV has been stationary for last 5 years. Needs new material for awning. Lots of storage. Have portable black tank and any accessories I have are yours. Clear title for transfer.
