Engine is a 454 and runs very well. The A/C works in the dash and common area. No leaks. Sinks, shower, microwave, oven, water tank and pump, toilet, generator and electrical work. My children (4 girls) and I are not primitive campers. It sleeps all of us comfortable. We only use the RV parks with electrical plug in. The old carpet was pulled up and I replaced it with laminate. It was a DIY job and needs to be completed (its not a big deal). Someone tried to steal the RV at a camp and broke the ignition. We by passed it and its fine. The upholstery has been cleaned. It has a class III receiver hitch to pull whatever you want. There is also a driver door entrance. All original paperwork/manual included. The title is clean and has no lien. We do not have the time to use it like we wanted. Good buy and starter RV so you won't break the bank. I'll include all items so it is ready to camp.
