This is a great 1992 Bleetwood Bounder. My wife and I are the 2nd(3rd techically) owners of this unit. We purchased it in September of 2020 from a gentlemen in the area who inheritied it from his father who passed away, and he was the original owner. We purchased this unit intially to live in full time and do a full renovation, but we instead stayed with family and are now buying are our first home and expecting our first child, so this is no longer needed. We began work on the inside, which you will see in the picutres and after deciding the buy the house stopped, so what you see is a mid-refresh on this unit. This camper is awesome and great as an entry level to full time RVing or traveling accross the road. Below you'll find the recent service info. Engine is in FANTASTIC condition, starts right up everytime, idle's very smooth.

Things that need attention:
Speedometer - It works but needs to be adjusted to the proper starting position
Entrance Step - There is a new motor for the ladder already, just needs to be installed.
Awning - The original owner told us there was a hole in the awning. We never deployed it once, If you plan to use that, it will need to be replaced.
