Description

Our 2017 Heartland Elkridge 39MBHS is up for sale and has served our family of six very well for the past two years. If you're in the market for a fifth wheel trailer with lots of space & a great layout, ours is a great option. We're also listing our long bed 2015 Ford F350 6.7 Diesel FX4 SRW that we used to tow it with and it's a great combo. We're asking $80K for both diesel truck & fifth wheel.

Highlights
- Spacious sought after "mid bunk" layout for a very comfortable day to day living space
- High ceilings
- 2 bedrooms + a loft. The loft comfortably sleeps two.
- Master Bedroom highlights: Four drawer built in dresser, large closet, storage under bed
- Splendid washer & dryer combo in master with dedicated utility closet.
- Two AC's
- Custom built bunk bed for slide out
- Reese Goose Box gooseneck upgrade

- Pre-wired for solar
- Roof in great condition, no tears/holes/leaks
- Large fridge with french doors and double drawer freezer
- TV
- Built in zone audio system for living room, master, and outside.
- We added an inverter that will power the fridge while traveling off of 12v.
- Electric or gas water heater
- Two large propane tanks
- Tons of storage throughout
- Electric awning

Important Details:
- We repaired a small crack in grey tank 1 and decideded to replace the underbelly while we were at it (plastic material the covers the underside of the fifth wheel). We never got around to replacing it so the underside has been exposed for about a month. This is a good thing for a potential buyer because you can inspect the underside very easily. Also, no need to worry about mold from the small leak because the hairline crack was on the bottom of the tank so water went straight to the ground after it hit the plastic underbelly.
- It's currently in a secured storage facility that does not allow guests so we're scheduling specific viewing days when we have time to hitch it up and pull it out.

We're asking $40k OBO. Contact us for more details!
