Side and rear awning, big rear ramp for toys. Ramp can be cabled up to create a patio (included). Three 5-gallon propane tanks included. Recessed LED lights, LED “mood lighting” inside, powered bed lift in rear to make more room for the family or toys. Large water holding tanks and onboard generator make this the boondocker’s dream. This RV was way ahead of its time.

Normal wear and tear for a six year old trailer; but, this week she finished a little TLC from the local RV shop for a cool $1,600. Work/tests done:
1) Brand new brakes and bearings. 
2) Roof and sides leak tested. No issues found.
3) All plumbing tested and checked and cleared for leaks. 
4) All appliances working.
5) Onan 4000 Cummins generator with low hours; oil changed and air filter replaced.
6) Sanitized fresh water tank.
7) Leaf springs and frame inspected.
8) Onboard fueling station: Fuel pump is not functioning, tried to get replaced but told the part was way back ordered and the shop couldn’t find a similar pump to install in reasonable amount of time.

Five Goodyear Endurance tires installed a year ago. Reese strait-line weight distribution kit and hitch included ($1,500 new).
Washed and cleaned after every trip. Hoping to find someone to treat her well for many more years to come.
