Selling our 2014 Rage'n Toy Hauler by Pacific Coachworks. This is an awesome toy hauler - we are the second owners - used it as a weekend getaway for 3 years but we just never use it anymore. Would love to see it go to a home that can provide it more than just sitting on the side of a house.

General specs:
25 ft long

Sleeps 8 - has brand new queen size nectar mattress on top bunk and full size bed in front. Couches pull down into a bed as well.
The full bed has brand new bedding on it. Literally never used. Nectar mattress is very comfortable memory foam.

TV ready for you to relax with a movie. CD/DVD player. Internal and external speakers.

AC unit (works AWESOME), heater (also works awesome). Microwave, good size refridgerator, stove top, oven.

Fresh water tank = 100 gal
Grey water tank = 40 gal
Black water tank = 40 gal

Furnace BTU = 20000 btu
Fuel capacity = 20 gal

Garage - you can fit a raz'r but probably not a canam. I do have complete measurements if you need them.

It has an external space for a generator but one is not currently installed. We have a portable generator that we use with it. Portable generator not included with sale.

The "bad": There is a very small spot where a hot pan was placed on the counter and the covering burned a little. So tiny. The awning also has a small tear but it is still completely functional. We have a replacement awning but have not installed it yet. If you purchase before we install, we will incude the replacement for you to take. Happy to show you both when you come see it.

This is a great toy hauler. It's in great shape and should last you as long as you need it. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. Currently plugged in and ready to show. Title and original owners manual/paperwork in hand. Price is negotiable.
