We have owned this coach since 2019 and basically used it as a tiny house for a total of 2.5 months over the last couple of years. We put in new carpet, new wood floors in the kitchen and bath area, recovered the dinette with new fabric, installed a new refrigerator, purchased a new hide a bed couch and made the bed platform wider to fit a RV king (up from a queen). We also installed 4 new house batteries, and 2 new chassis batteries. I also recovered the drivers and passengers chair (passengers chair reclines). We have put 600 miles on the coach in the last 2.5 years, and for that 600 miles it has given us zero problems. The coach has basically gone from Denver to Canon City Colorado, and now back to Denver. The coach does have some issues we never have addressed. The awnings are older, and one that goes out with the larger slide is not operational. The big awning works, but it runs a bit slow in and out (it is a power awning). I have not used the sat tv system, or the direct tv box. I can hear the sat dish moving around if I power it up, but I am not sure how it works. The coach does have 2 TV's that both work. There is surround sound in the main family room of the coach, which works great. There is a washer / dryer in the bedroom area. When we did the carpet, there is a small patch in the back closet that in no longer covered. I am not sure why, maybe the carpet glue that was used did not adhere correctly. The tires are basically new, and there is also a space in one of the lower bays. There is a big diesel generator, which starts every time and can run the whole coach- both AC units and all. We are selling because that was really going to be a tiny home we were going to use at a lake for boating, but COVID came and that dream never got legs. We are off to other adventures now, and this is just sitting now.
