Hi.  I bought this trailer last year from the original owner and used it only once in October. I just don’t have the time right now to use it. I love this trailer. This is an amazing travel trailer that is very family friendly with QUALITY CONSTRUCTION with four season insulation, ALUMINUM FRAMING, SOLID FIBERGLASS FRONT CAP, AIR-CONDITIONER and forced air heated and enclosed underbelly.
Comes with a queen bed, a pull out couch that turns into a double bed, the dining table also folds into a bed and it has the skunk bunks. Bathroom has a full shower and tub. Storage space under the master bed and all the way through from side to side in the front. More pictures upon request. This is a very solid trailer , well built and insulated  for colder weather. Because it is a FOUR SEASONS INSULATED trailer, it is ready to keep you very comfortable in the cold and hot weather! There is lots of good outdoor storage as well, ELECTRIC STABILIZER JACKS, and a large ELECTRIC PATIO AWNING  
The bunk beds did not come with any pads. We used a cut out memory foam pad for our daughter. 1 slide out , AC works great, awning is in good condition no rips or tears.
