Colorado family of 4 selling this great condition pop-up tent trailer. This is one of the cleanest, best condition used tent trailers you'll find. We are the 2nd owners. The kiddos have simply grown too big to fit on the 3rd bed (the dining room table that converts into a bed) so it’s time for it to go to a new home. With you.

Many upgrades: awning, a 12V lighter plug power source, newer beefy tires (10ply, heavy duty, including spare), all LED lighting, new deep cycle Marine/RV battery. See pics. Local RV shop put new roof seal on it all the way around a few years ago, despite no leaks but it looked like it was time.

Full-sized mattresses in excellent condition (always egg crate foam on top), no discoloration or wear spots.

All canvas in great condition shape, no cuts, holes or leaks - never leaked for us in 10+ years, even in crazy rain / snow storms. All zippers work well.
