This camper has only taken 3 road trips total! We bought it to live in while we re-modeled a home. We parked it in a seasonal spot at the KOA Outerbanks West last summer and went on the weekends, but try as we may, we are just not camping people. Will include a set of melamine dishes from Pier 1 and a new set of pots and pans as well as a small vaccum cleaner and kitchen utensils. Just shined her up for prospective buyers. NADA suggestged list price is $49k, low retail is $33k and avg retail is $40k. We are asking $35,500. We think it's more than worth the price, especially because of the limited use it's had. Someone should enjoy her!
