Our model is unique having comfortable facing sofas that fold down to make a huge king size bed. It has a de-tatchable, swiveling dining table that stores under the sofa. There is a king size bed over the cab also. Lots of storage VEHICLE INFO - 91,300 miles, Ford E-450 Super Duty, V10 Engine, Power Steering, Power brakes, Power windows, power driver's seat. Recent work done at 90,500 miles: new front brake rotors, calipers, pads, brake hoses - tune-up including new spark plugs, oil change, air filter, oil filter, fuel filter. - radiator flush and new coolant, new thermostat, radiator hoses. - transmission serviced with new filter, re-torqued valve body. - differential drained and filled with new lubricant. - front end aligned. All our service records are available. CAMPER INFO - Recently replaced engine battery and both house batteries. New fantastic fan with rain sensor and remote control. Xantrex Freedom 458 inverter. HWH hydraulic leveling jacks. A&E awnings on both sides. Air Lift springs on rear. Six Gallon propane water heater, propane furnace, and 6 cubic foot Norcold two way refrigerator. Gross vehicle weight rating 14,000 lbs. Because of back surgery we needed a motor home that was small enough to drive easily, and park and set up easily. We found that this unit fulfilled these needs. APPEARANCE OF UNIT - The cabinets and upholstery are in excellent condition. The appliances are in excellent condition. (We did have all appliances checked after purchase, and have those records available). HISTORY OF UNIT - Before we bought the R.V the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen sink had been replaced with new sinks and faucets. The shower is in perfect condition. Our back surgeries are causing problems
