One owner, no full-time use, non-smoker, no rental use, no towing, no kids, no pets, no beach use. Flat highway miles only. Fresh Oil Service completed June 2021. Factory Warranty for Coach and Ford Vehicle warranty is still in full effect. Great Queen-Bed slide-out. This coach is actually cleaner and more sorted out than when we took delivery. Dealer prep isn't very detail minded these days. All of the known factory defects have been taken care of on our shake-down trips. Very common to have fit/adjustment/detail issues on newly manufactured coaches. The Dealer Service Center fixed many of the details. Having said that, Forest River is an excellent coach maker with many of the options and features of much higher price-point coaches. They use top of the line product brands such as Magic Chef (Magic Chef Electric, fridge, microwave and gas cooktop), MCD Roller Shades, Dometic China Bowl Toilet, Dometic Ducted Air Cond., Solera Awning, Suburban ducted heating, etc. Forest River is also one of the few coach manufacturer to have a full fiberglass roof with block styrofoam insulation.

Some of the upgrades include Super Springs (Sumo Spring Co.) rear overload springs on the rear suspension. It handles much better on the highway and has more rear ground clearance. Cover King Neoprene driver and passenger seat covers, WeatherTech custom-fit front floor mats.
