I started this as a lockdown project but just don't have the time to finish. I have completely gutted it and have started removing some of the rotted flooring. I have many of the interior pieces like the bath lavatory, tub, and shower surround. New wheels and tires. It comes with a brand new Dexter axle with 12" brakes and 33 degree pitch for better clearance that I have not installed. The axle alone cost $1000. Trailer comes with a clear Louisiana title in my name.
