2008 Thor Chateau Kodiak 33K-3SL Class C camper - EXCEPTIONAL!!

This is NOT your average Thor Chateau Class C camper! Let's start here: I've owned this camper since November 2018. Shortly after, I commissioned a custom RV designer to make MANY upgrades to this camper (frankly well over $100,000. in upgrades) - see below for details.
The camper is located in Walled Lake, Mi. (about 30 miles NW of Detroit) and Priced to sell at $64,500. - more than fair considering all that's been done to improve it. EVERYTHING works and I can demonstrate that - the DIESEL generator of course runs all electric appliances and I have water on my property to demonstrate all plumbing is fully functional. The tires to be honest are good, but you may wish to replace them sooner rather than later.
