Camper is in good condition, it needs a new $300 hot water heater and the black valve needs replacing. There is one spot where the fiberglass is cracked on the very front (see photo).The wheels r in great shape, and the inside is clean and cozy! Sleeps 6, TONS of cupboard space through out the camper.
