Description

If you previously saw this listing, it is now in much better shape! I have recently put a lot of work and money into Appa (my RV), because I always believed it was fundamentally a great deal that just had a few things wrong with it.

The basic facts:
-101k miles, the transmission is brand new
-it is a 1994 fleetwood flair
-the generator needs servicing (I always have just used my solar panels, which I can include for free)
-the heater doesn't work. I never looked into it too much as I never needed it much but I imagine it isn't too tricky to fix.

I recently put about $1700 into the engine, which now runs great. I've also been working with my best friend for the past few weeks to fix up a lot of small stuff. Replacing old screws, fixing curtains, old parts, etc. It is still a 27 year old vehicle, and what I'll say is that the car part is in great shape for it's age, and the house is in decent shape, and could be made into great shape. One caveat though because I want to be as transparent as possible, this is a 27 year old vehicle and small stuff in the house part breaks pretty often, so if you are interested in this I think it's important that you are at least somewhat handy. Otherwise I don't think this is the right vehicle for you. I don't mean like you need to be a mechanic, but you're comfortable with simple fixes to a house such as replacing a facuet, stuff like that.

Even though it is old, the amount of rust this thing has for its age is minimal, it doesn't have any water damage, and the engine/transmission is in great shape. I think it could last many more years and miles with love and care
