Gently used 2020 Mesa Ridge 180BHS for sale in the Sacramento area. 

22’ long and a dry weight of 3965 pounds, this little giant is super easy to tow, and small enough to fit in almost any RV spot! 

Updates since we purchased it include;

Two brand new, top of the line Goodyear tires. Brand new brakes, self adjusting. Additional 5 gal propane tank. Added external shower for those messy beach days. Added extra gas line to run external stove with trailer propane. Switched out stock speakers for Alpine speakers. Replaced 13’ awning lights with color changing lights. Also added two forward stabilizing jacks rated at 5000 lbs each. 32” LCD TV included. Added a member to the family so needed more trailer than we had. Brand new registration good through July 2022.
