We bought this travel trailer new in 2016 and hauled it from the dealership to the campground where it is currently sitting. We have a permanent site at Fish Lake Beach in Volo, IL and the deck is custom built for the travel trailer. We would love to sell complete with the Site at Fish Lake Beach, Travel Trailer, Custom Built Deck, Firepit, and Storage Shed (the above price of $27,500.00 is only for the travel trailer). We took it twice to camp but decided hauling this 36ft trailer around was not what we had time to do. This unit sleeps 11 people with three large slide outs and a bunk area in the back (3 bunks and a sleep sofa). Travel Trailer has tons of upgrades and has been well kept.
