Issues:
I got a little carried away with the foam in one of the rear cargo doors and now one of them doesn’t open.
Tires have great tread left but they did get some dry rot from the sun.

Reason for sale: I bought a piece of property half-way through the build and all my money/focus has gone to that. Hate to sell because it’s such a solid van but if the right buyer is out there, i’m willing to let it go. Low ball offers will not get a response.
