Excellent shape. Drives great. 6 new tires, new battery, new AC compressor, evaporator, and new water heater! Stored indoors and very well maintained. Recently changed couch and had dinette reupholstered to match with a much better looking darker vinyl. Rear queen bedroom, overhead electric fold-down front bed, fold out sofa, and dinette bed. Has tons of storage space, 2 TVs with DVD players, backup camera, tire pressure monitoring system, air horn, 4 HD stabilizer jacks, electric entry stairs, 13ft awning (changed 3yrs ago), and 9ft slide-out (slide-out awning changed 3yrs ago). (We have a 2013 Mini Cooper Countryman as a tow vehicle with all tow equipment that we would possibly sell in addition to Motorhome- it matches motorhome nicely, manual, great shape).
